the same design concept.This new six -piston integrated forging caliper combines
Tei Racing innovation technology. Users who are pursuing street performance can
experience the excellent track performance provided by integrated forging caliper.
Compared with the design of a generation of S60 caliper, the S60-EXPlore has higher
strength and lightweight and better cooling characteristics. It has a highly impactful
appearance painting, representing a major innovation of Tei Racing performance
brake caliper.
In addition, calipers also have all the functions required by street calipers,
including internal dust -proof sealing rings, antioxidant, high -temperature
-resistant nickel -plating appearance coating and reducing noise solutions.
In order to further enhance the user experience, Tei Racing also provides
a series of Carbon Ceramics brake disks, high -performance brake pads
and DOT5.1 brake oil to achieve the best performance and comfort.
The 2nd generation calories have stronger rigidity applications for high -performance
models, as well as large off -road vehicles, such as 4X4, SUV and pickup truck applications.
The latest S series provides the most eye -catching nickel -plated appearance,
with antioxidant, fast heat dissipation and high temperature resistance.

The S60-EXPLORE six-piston brake calipers, the caliper body is made of
aviation aluminum alloy 7075, which is designed and produced with the
latest forging technology integrated forming and precision processing.
It has a strong structural design.
The surface is carved with CNC refinement. The overall lightweight hollow design.
The weight of a single caliper is about 4.475kg. At the same time, the weight of
the spring is reduced to ensure the best state of the vehicle performance.
At the top of the stainless steel caliper piston, the piston cooling design specially
used in the track series calipers can more effectively block the heat transmission
of the brake skin and the brake oil room to achieve the cooling effect.
The dual sealing ring system inside the piston uses a high -temperature polymer
sealing ring and is inlaid inside the calipers to provide a smoother piston movement for calipers.
The total area of the piston is 54.95cm², and the piston diameter is ø30, ø34,
and ø38mm piston -to -pistons. While increasing the sensitivity of the brakes,
it can provide the best braking performance and handling to make the foot feel more linear.
The S60-EXPLORE brake caliper provides two types of brake discs for different
customers to choose from: high temperature treatment of high-carbon alloy brake
discs; carbon ceramic composite material brake discs.
Suitable for installation of 19 -inch and above hub, corresponding to the dish
specifications: 355 × 32mm, 378 × 32mm, 405 × 34mm.
